C12 Business Forums meet monthly, offering a regular space for members to connect and collaborate. Members must commit to attending at least 10 of the 12 Forums each year to ensure active participation. Additionally, members should not miss two consecutive months, which helps maintain continuity and builds stronger relationships and ongoing dialogue among participants.

Members must maintain confidentiality, agreeing not to share another member’s business, relationships or any sensitive details outside their Business Forum. Privacy is key to building a secure space where members can openly discuss their professional and personal matters without fear of exposure. Our confidentiality agreement helps to create a supportive and respectful community that values discretion and mutual respect.

Business Forums are not lead-sharing or networking groups. Soliciting other members for services or products is prohibited, although business relationships within C12 may develop naturally over time. As members interact and build trust, partnerships may occur organically, but aggressive marketing tactics will not be tolerated within the forum. The emphasis is on fostering genuine connections and mutual support rather than on immediate business transactions.

Members affirm the C12 doctrine, which states that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior, the entire Bible is wholly true, God has an eternal plan for each believer’s life, and that divine plan encompasses every aspect of their existence, including their business endeavors. Members also commit to refraining from any divisive behavior that could disrupt unity, while fully embracing the pursuit of God’s best in all aspects of life according to His Word. This commitment includes aligning one's actions and decisions with biblical principles.

Each member will agree upon a time and location to meet on a monthly basis with their C12 Chair. These FOCUS60 sessions include personalized goal setting, strategic planning and tailored counsel. This dedicated time allows for one-on-one discussions, ensuring that each member's unique needs and objectives are addressed, fostering continuous growth and development within the framework of the C12 mission.
